Industries measured include banking, automotive and gas retailing, restaurant, electronics retailers and others. We serve many companies. The collection and analysis of statistically significant data volumes on industry level is made possible by current 4Service market share in the region – as of now, some of the biggest players in each service industry work with us, from leading banks in Russia and Ukraine to top three home electronics chains in Ukraine and top four in Kazakhstan. As of Autumn 2011, our mystery shoppers conduct 7,000 to 9,000 shops every month in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other countries.
