We exercise strict control over the quality of our mystery shopping programs. Our system ‘seven steps to quality’ covers all aspects and steps of each part of our operations, and allows us to achieve high authenticity and data quality. Our quality standards regulate recruiting, initial training, knowledge testing and project assignment for mystery shoppers, project-specific training and certification, mystery shop validation, consistency and authenticity checking, and also our mystery shopper grading system based on their assignment history.

Continuous investment in mystery shopper recruitment provides coverage even for the most remote regions. All our mystery shoppers undergo a strict selection process and receive introductory and project-specific tuition, following which they have to complete mandatory certification programs.
Regular rotation of mystery shoppers between projects helps us to ensure fresh and unbiased views on service quality and detailed, and sometimes ‘inspired’, comments in mystery surveys. Shopper rotation also decreases the chances of individual shopper being recognized by staff members.
4Service™ is one of the few companies in the world to have mandatory ‘project certification’ — examination, sometimes extensive designed to evaluate each mystery shopper’s knowledge of the project specifics prior to carrying out the mystery shopping assignment. This procedure reduces the number of shoppers available for any project but is invaluable in ensuring higher quality of fieldwork.
